March's Mix & Mingle
Mirabella paired up with Red Hat Rentals to host a networking social for event professionals in the Palestine area. The event was held in the Palestine Civic Center. Mirabella had a great time transforming the space by draping the walls in sheer white fabric, adding farm tables for food service and two matching lounge areas for guests to relax and chat comfortably. The cocktail tables and linens were provided by Red Hat Rentals of Palestine.
Dewayne & Rachall's Wedding
Dewayne & Rachall wanted their wedding to have an elegant dining area but wanted the dance floor area to be a more hip area to reflect the couple’s young age. With their colors being Turquoise and Black, we decided to separate the two areas with black sheer drapes that could later be pulled back for a dramatic affect. Then we created fun lounge areas in black w/ Turquoise accents around the dance floor and light it up with Turquoise lighting to give it a cool, club-like feel. The wedding was held at Bella Sera Ranch in Palestine, Tx.
An Affair to Remember
Stone Oak Ranch and Event & Company hosted a bridal show called, An Affair to Remember, in late June. Red Hat Rentals had the task of transforming the back patio and they selected a few pieces from Mirabella to help bring their look together. The chandeliers hanging from the tree created a romantic feel over the Kinley sofa. Adding small touches like pillows in the chosen colors of pale pink & soft gray, an heirloom bud vase to portray a romantic, vintage feel and mirrored cubes, the overall look was a huge success.
Moonlight, Merlot and More
Shoemaker Hill Ranch hosted a bridal experience for couples to come take part in their wedding planning in a fun, stress free atmosphere. The best part, it benefited the East Texas Food Bank. Mirabella was thrilled to create a lounge area for guest to relax as they sipped wine and enjoyed the night. The dark brown tones of the trunk and end tables produced a warm, inviting area while the loveseat, candles and roses added a hint of romance.
Trent and Haley, Simply Sweet
Trent and Haley are a sweet, young couple who said their vows at Elmwood Gardens. The bride, Haley, wanted centerpieces that were simple but elegant. It needed to fit with their colors of ivory and pale pink as well as the soft vintage feel they envisioned. Our solution, cream candleholders in two different heights and topped with hydrangeas in varying shades of ivory and pale pink. The result was simply lovely on the custom Ivory Silk Embroidered overlay. Mirabella was happy to be a part of the wedding decor and the couple's happy day.
Mirabella's Website Launch Party
At Mirabella, we love to host parties and the launch of our brand new website was a great reason to do just that. We transformed our warehouse into a chic party room with lighting, decor and furniture. To make the website the star of the show, we displayed it on a screen stretching 16ft wide and more than 12ft tall! The Clever Mutt team was also on hand to walk guests through the site. Our bartender served signature drinks like the Mira-tini, while a vintage Coca-Cola cooler was stocked with water and sodas. Food included appetizers from Sabor a Pasion, a popcorn bar, and homemade s’mores bars and cookies for dessert. Other venders included Red Hat Rentals and Tyler Uplights.
Roaring 20s
We had a lot of fun working with the Athens Country Club on their annual New Year's Eve Party. This year the theme was the Roaring 20's and colors of black, white & silver. In order to WOW the members and turn the dining room from ordinary to extraodinary, we covered the walls in alternating black and white curtains. Then we add to that a ceiling treatment, 2 large lounge areas and one conversation area for guests to rest in between dances. The Country Club staff placed fun touches of the 1920s all around like Fedora hats and feather boas to make the transformation complete.
Tyler Heart Ball 2013
Louisiana Saturday Night: The 2013 Tyler Heart Ball was a full scale Bayou Bash! Held at Villa de Felicita , guests enjoyed sounds from a Louisiana native and country legend, Sammy Kershaw, while opening their hearts for a wonderful cause.
